As we all know that a dry mouth represents the ideal home for stink causing bacteria’s, which grow in such types of situation. Saliva helps to wash out the food particles left on which bacteria feeds, it keeps the mouth moist, and it dissolves the odor volatile sulfur compounds from the mouth.

Mouthwashes containing chlorine dioxide helps to fight against bad breath. Old form of mouthwash temporarily avoids bad breath; conventional mouthwashes make the situation worse by drying out the mouth making it more welcoming or homely for odor producing bacteria.

Visit the dentist’s at-least a year
As we all know the major elements which help to get your mouth clean, i.e. brushing and flossing, but apart from this its better to visit your dentists for regular check-up, if it is not possible for a person visiting to your dentists regularly, a person should visit there dentists at least ones a year.
